Today I woke up feeling so hungry, I swear sometimes I eat like beast 😂
I was craving scrambled eggs and my strong coffee to go with it. So I’ve decided to do it and enjoy it 💙

  1. Eggs and coffee is a classic breakfast haha! I actually just made a post about why breakfast is the most important meal of the day and some of my favorite meals to boost metabolism!   2. These days, I always go for oatmeal with a banana, honey and some cinnamon in the morning! I love eggs, but I always forget that I have that option for breakfast. How do you take your coffee?

    1. Hot and strong! That’s the only way I can take it. I avoid oatmeal in the morning or any sugars cause I’ve learned a few things lately that are working for me 💙 usually it’s just coffee or coffee with eggs (no carbs at all) sometimes I add avocado’s.

  3. Breakfast: Almost always: Coffee (freshly ground Espresso roast + Mr. Coffee Espresso maker, no milk, no sugar) – Oatmeal + Baking Cocoa powder and maybe other additions – Yogurt – Fruit (most often either banana or grapefruit.

    1. That’s a complete breakfast there 😍 thank God you like expresso most people I’ve met outside my country they drink this weird coffee that tastes like dirty water. Have you ever tried portuguese coffee? So far it’s my favorite

      1. I don’t know about Portuguese coffee – have to look it up. I get my coffee from an Italian shop in New York. They say they roast their Espresso to please the old immigrant men in the neighborhood who want it “just like back in Rome” – just short of burnt.

      2. I’ve tried Italian coffee it’s nice and strong, but not as good. Try this brand if you find : Sical
        It’s amazing I just love the flavour, the fragrance and everything else about this coffee.

  4. Great question,
    well, breakfast is the most important meal,and eggs are always great choice full of proteins. But I like to take some complex carbohydrates like oatmeal,and of course coffee is a must

      1. They are great in the morning,and you can mistake it in the morning with carbs.They are dangerous after. I like to take only proteins after breakfast and especially in spring and summer

      2. I’ve been reading a paleo book and I’m learning a lot, usually the first meal it’s going to be completely absorved since we spend hours without eating while we’re sleeping. So I just drink my coffee cause I rarely wake up hungry, when I do I just eat vegetables and protein 😊
