Healthy hacks


About 90% of heart attacks occur early in the morning and it can be reduced if we take a glass of water before going to bed at night. If we drink water one to two glasses after we wake up, we’ll be helping our body to activate the internal organs. If we drink it 30 minutes before any meal, it will help us digest the food and it can also lower our blood pressure.

I know water is important, but I never knew about the special times we could be drinking it.
