Recipe of the cake
- 4 eggs
- 180 g of dark chocolat
Whisk the egg whites. Then wrap the egg yolks into the egg whites and add the melted chocolate. Put in small shapes (cupcake shapes are good for this recipe). Leave 15 minutes in the oven at 180º, varies from those used with electricity or gas, you should supervise. You can add coconut sugar if you like the cake a bit sweeter.
Recipe of the iced cream
Cut a banana into pieces and put in the freezer. Wait until it’s completely frozen. Then with the use of the hand blender smash the banana along with another fruit of your choice, I usually use the avocado or red fruits.
